Rosemary-Sage Balancing Treatment:
MAKES 1 TREATMENT
Rosemary and sage combine to calm the nerves, alleviate feelings of depression, and improve overall mental function. This is an outstanding blend to diffuse when working; it sharpens focus and facilitates a positive outlook. In a small glass bowl, blend 3 drops of rosemary essential oil with 3 drops of sage essential oil and diffuse the blend. You may also add 1 or 2 drops to your bath or to washcloth placed on the floor of your shower.
