Pep Up with Peppermint:
Peppermint essential oil provides an almost instant feeling of rejuvenation, and maybe used in a number of ways to increase energy naturally. Using your fingertip or a cotton swab apply 1 drop of peppermint essential oil to each temple, or directly inhale the cent from the bottle. A few drops can also be added to a washcloth placed on the floor of your shower.
Diffuse Lemon and Grapefruit:
Lemon and grapefruit essential oils promote natural energy, increase alertness, and help your day move along. Diffuse a blend of equal amounts of lemon and grapefruit essential oils in the area where you spend the most time or place the same blend inside an aroma-therapy pendant. Incorporate 3 to 5 drops of the blend to add a delightful fragrance to natural shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
