Stress Management with Essential Oils

Stress Management: 

Stress can lead to or complicate other health disorders, so keeping the stressors of daily life from becoming overwhelming should be among your chief concerns. Essential oils help mitigate stress, as do exercise, rest, and a healthy, natural diet.

Diffuse Allspice: 

Allspice essential oil, also known as pimento essential oil, is exceptional for alleviating stress and warding off feelings of overwhelmed inadequacy. Diffuse allspice essential oil in the area where you spend the most time or carry it with you in an aromatherapy pendant. A few drops can be added to your bath or to a washcloth placed on the floor of your shower too.

Clary Sage- Tangerine Smelling Salts: 


Both clary sage and tangerine essential oils have the ability to help you stay alert and focused so you can accomplish the things you need to get done. Use these smelling salts anytime you feel overwhelmed.


  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 6 Drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
  • 2 Drops Tangerine Essential Oil


  1. In a dark-colored glass bottle, add the sea salt along with the clary sage and tangerine essential oils, and shake well to blend.
  2. Inhale the blend.
  3. Repeat this treatment as needed. Refresh the salts periodically by adding more clan sage and tangerine essential oils.
