Treatment of Intestinal Parasites with Essential Oils

Intestinal Parasites:  

Intestinal parasites are organisms that live in the digestive tract, causing symptoms such as bloating and intestinal pain, excess flatulence, pale skin, tiredness, and blood or mucus in the stool. In many cases, worms or their eggs may be seen in bowel movements. See a doctor if treatment with essential oils does not produce the desired effect.

Niaouli-Eucalyptus Massage: 

MAKES 1 TREATMENT

Eucalyptus, lemon, niaouli. and Roman chamomile essential oils come together to create a synergistic blend that the body absorbs to ward off intestinal parasites. This treatment is particularly effective after a warm bath. Eating food prepared with plenty of garlic proves helpful during treatment, as well. This remedy is effective for children; adult should use a double dose.

Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  1. In a small glass bowl, add the carrier oil along with the eucalyptus, lavender, niaouli and Roman chamomile essential oils, and stir to combine.
  2. Using your fingertips, apply the entire treatment to the abdomen, and massage it Gently into the skin.
  3. Repeat this treatment 2 times a day for 3 days.

Cinnamon-Thyme Compress: 

Cinnamon, fennel, and thyme essential oil aid in expelling parasites; using a hot compress; helps propel the essential oils into the abdomen while easing the gas, cramping, and bloating that so often accompany infestation. This remedy is intended for children; adults should double the dose.

Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  1. In a small glass bowl, add the carrier oil along with the cinnamon, fennel and thyme essential oils, and stir to combine.
  2. Using your fingertips, apply the entire treatment to the abdomen, and massage it into the skin.
  3. In a medium glass bowl, add the hot water. 
  1. Submerge a towel in the water, wring it out, and apply the compress to the affected area. Layer plastic wrap on top of the compress to keep the essential oil vapors from evaporating. Leave the compress in place until it cools to body temperature.
  2. Repeat this treatment 2 times a day for 3 days.
