Peppermint Neck Massage:
Peppermint essential oil balances and reinvigorates by stimulating the body and alike. The cooling neck massage is easy to do anywhere. Take 4 drops of peppermint essential oil and pour it on your palm. Swipe you hand across the back of your neck just below the hairline. Massage the back of your neck for 2 minutes and then work your way up behind the back of your head towards your crown stopping about half way. Repeat this every hour if needed.
Peppermint and Rosemary essential oils both induce feelings of alertness and energy. Combining them can make an irresistible scent that revives your energy. Take a small bowl and add 4 drops of peppermint essential oil with 4 drops of rosemary essential oil and stir to mix them well.
