Treatment of Restless Legs Syndrome with Essential Oils

 Restless Legs Syndrome:

Restless legs syndrome is accompanied by a strong urge to move while attempting to fall asleep. Uncomfortable or painful sensations are common, and though they normal affect the legs, they affect any part of the body. RLS symptoms tend to begin about 15 minutes after relaxing, and periodic limb movements may occur after you fall asleep. Essential oils combined with regular exercise may be enough in minor cases. See your doctor if these treatments do not work, as RLS can sometimes be symptomatic of an underlying medical condition such as anemia or diabetes.
