Treatment of Tick Bites with Essential Oils

Tick Bites:

Unlike other insects, ticks fasten themselves to the skin, where they feed on blood for an extended period of time. Most ticks do not carry disease, and at most, you will probably experience redness and irritation after a bite. Monitor your health following a tick bite, as tick-borne illnesses can take several weeks to manifest. If you believe you have contracted a tick-borne illness, contact your doctor immediately, as life-threatening complications can develop.
